Christina Hendricks

Christina Hendricks is an American actress who is best known for her character Joan Holloway in the seven seasons of AMC's historical drama series Mad Men (2007-2015). The series has earned her critical praise and six Emmy nominations for the category for the most outstanding supporting actress. The length of her career, stretching nearly 20 years, featured in the comedy crime series Tin Star as well as Kevin Hill's legal drama. Her most well-known work is her roles on Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River Neon Demon Strangers Prey at Night Egg, American Woman and The Neon Demon. Her voice was used in animation films like Toy Story 4, Scoob!, and From Up on Poppy Hill. Her first career was in modeling and she continued it throughout her career until she made her debut as an actor on TV on Undressed which was a 1999 TV series. It was her first notable performance in the comedy-drama Beggars and Choosers. After that, she was praised by the character she played on Firefly. In 2010, she was named one of the most beautiful women anywhere in the world as well as the best-looking woman across America by Esquire magazine.
